Zero Hour Med Solutions is now offering the TEMR Course – designed to bridge the gap between the basic Stop the Bleed class and a full-scale TCCC course.
This beginner to intermediate, hands-on course teaches lifesaving skills using the MARCH algorithm vs. X-ABCDE framework. Students will learn through a mix of lectures, demonstrations, and practical application, building real-world confidence to act in emergencies.

We are a veteran-founded training & consulting service in Tulsa, Sapulpa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks and surrounding areas. We’re an American Red Cross provider for Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and BLS. We additionally provide Stop the Bleed® and a Tactical Medicine (TCCC) course. We offer mobile, on-site classes for schools, police, and businesses—or train at our classroom: 200 N Mission St, Sapulpa.
