Joseph Schaelling, founder of Zero Hour Med Solutions LLC, brings over a decade of hands-on trauma and emergency medical experience to every training session and consultation.

 As a former United States Navy Hospital Corpsman, Joseph served alongside Marine Corps units and in naval health clinics, honing his skills in medicine, trauma response, and life-saving interventions in the most demanding environments. With extensive expertise in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), SERE training medical support, real-world emergency scenarios,  and extensive instructor roles, he understands that every second counts when lives are on the line.

 Driven by the belief that trauma readiness should not be limited to the military or first responders, Joseph launched Zero Hour Med Solutions to bridge the gap for civilians, workplaces, and teams who may one day face a life-threatening emergency.
